"When Songbird Transitions sets up a model home for Otterbein Granville, we know that we only have a week or two enjoy this new, fresh space. The fact is, it's going to sell and I'll be calling Songbird again to have them move it to the next home.

Over the past three years, Sam, Luke, and the crew have moved our model home 15 times. Honestly, there were times that I tried to sell the empty home for too long because I knew if I paid Songbird to model it, I would just have to turn around and have them move it again. Once I break down and they set up that new model, that's exactly how it works out: the home is sold and I couldn't be happier about it. In fact, the last move Songbird did for Otterbein Granville, they moved all our model furniture and décor to off-site storage because we ran out of homes to sell.

At times, we needed Songbird to purchase all new model furniture for us - I know I can trust Sam's eye, instincts, and that she will stick to the budget. Most of the time, we just need a "refresh" and they move the model from home to home.

Songbird is excellent at being flexible and knowing what to add or delete from the model to accommodate different floorplans.

Most of the time, I call, set up the date, and let Songbird get to work without any needed oversight on the day of the model move. There are too many other things to be stressed about - I appreciate that Songbird takes "model moves" off of the stress list.
